April 2003

Suono
On the March issue of Suono a review of our mono power amplifier ATS-90 was published. Read it too!

February 2003

Audio Review
On its January issue Audio Review has published a review of our mono power amplifier ATS-60.
Pleas read it!

January 2003

CES Las Vegas
We went again to the Alexis Park. For two reasons:
first, we understood the THE Show is more patronized by American dealers, whilst foreign Distributors prefer the CES;
second, our equipment were already exhibited at THE Show by our new Distributor for USA and Canada:
OS Services

October 2002

Top Audio Video 2002
The usual success with the customers’and critics’ approval.
This year we were alone, but our friendship with Pearl is unchanged, specially to enjoy the very good speck and the fantastic wine they offered to the visitors.
Nightingale exhibited the ATS-90, the mono power amplifier 90W in Class A: wonderful !

April 2002

New line conditioner CZ-3000
On request of our Russian Distributor we have designed and realized a new line conditioner, the CZ-3000.
Mainly CZ-3000 has the four lower power sockets filtered and stabilized whilst the two greater power sockets are just filtered.
Therefore big amplifiers can be feeded up to 3000W.
CZ-3000 will be manufactured in black and silver colours.

January 2002

T.H.E. Expo in low tone
THE Expo was not very brilliant: the effects of the September 11th events were felt here too. The foreign visitors, especially from the Far East, were definitely less than before.
Great success for our system, made of the Atlantic turntable (Vyger), the Theatrum loudspeakers (Pearl), and the very new ATS 90 single channel power amplifier (Nightingale): 90 W in pure class A!

December 2001

T.H.E. Expo 2002
This year the T.H.E. Show changes its name and hotel. Its name will be T.H.E. Expo and it will take place from January 8th to the 11th, at the Hotel Tuscany, a brand new hotel to be opened on December 28th. Nightingale will show all its best equipment, and particularly the new single channel power amplifier ATS 60. But there will be a surprise too, which we cannot disclose...

September 2001

Another nice surprise
The French magazine Haute Fidelité published a report on our mains conditioner CR 1600, under the title La boite magique. The article, which we discovered only by reading the magazine, is extremely positive, and closes with a very meaningful comment: It is a must. But here is the conclusive judgement:
The Nightingale mains conditioner is an essential top class element of any hi-fi quality system willing to exploit all its potential. With this black box, the importance of a clean and stabilized power supply becomes absolutely evident. Certainly, it is not given as a gift, but it is indispensable: by taking it away from the system brings you immediately to that conclusion. Additionally, it has the capacity of enhancing the qualities of the electronic units connected to it, without modifying their tonal equilibrium, their expressive capacity, or their dynamics, which happens too frequently with others. To try it is to adopt it.

Top Audio Video 2001
This year the Top Audio Video was held in the same days as the Hi Fi Show in London: as we are good Italians, we had to leave aside the last one. What a pity! The ATS 60, the new class A 60 W single channel power amplifier, would have driven crazy the British, as it happened with the Italians who visited our room. We don't want to judge ourselves. The main magazines requested the unit for a trial: we wait their comments. Together with Pearl we prepared two rooms: one for Hi End and the other for the Home Teather. We'll not repeat that experience: our vocation is Hi Fi, or - better said - High Definition: The Home Theatre is simply... noise.

Genius!
This is how Bebo Moroni defined our ADM 35 on Digital Video; here below some parts of his comments:
The ADM 35 in stereo operation sounds exactly as the ADM 30, i.e. wonderfully. The sound is plastic and extremely of matter, soft and relaxing, but solid. In spite of the evident velvet note at the medium-high frequencies, the ADM 35 is able to detail perfectly the highest acute, without missing any aspect, regardless of how small it may appear... This real care of the nuances inevitably reflects itself on the treatment of the most "powerful" and really important musical signals, which - on a surely larger scale - are treated with the same grace, and the same reality... The integration in MCL (of the tree solid state channels) with the main tube section (due, obviously, to the pre-amplification section too) is good, much better than, even optimistically, I could expect.

July 2001

A nice surprise
The Russian magazine Audio Video published a report on our integrated tube amplifier
ADM 32. The report is written in Cyrillic, so we didn't understand a single word, but since they dedicated the magazine cover page plus a six pages article to us, we consider this event very positive.

June 2001

Frankfurt Hi End
In Frankfurt too the show of the Nightingale-Pearl-Vyger Group, located in the Hotel Kempisky lobby, has been a great success. Unfortunately, the room wasn't ideal, the acoustic characteristics were simply horrible! In spite of this, the public very much enjoyed the sound qualities of our installations, while links have been established with Distributors of some non European countries.
